Hi! I'm Vivian Do, a birth and postpartum doula serving in the East Bay SF area in Northern California. I believe that every birthing person should have the support and care they deserve for birth and postpartum. I will advocate for and empower you to have the birth journey that you dream of.
Prenatal support
I will work with you to:- prepare your birth plan
- educate on nutrition and pre/postnatal-specific exercise
- provide evidence-based information to make any labor, birth or postpartum decisions
- provide emotional support and education comfort measures for pregnancy
Birth Doula Support
I will support you during childbirth by providing:- continuous in-person physical and emotional support
- communication support between the birthing person, the partner and all caregivers
- comfort techniques including: breathing, movement, and massage
Postpartum care
I will provide:- newborn care guidance
- breastfeeding and/or feeding support
- emotional check-ins and recovery resources
